I am currently going from permed hair to natural hair. I am an african american woman. Any advice on doing this? I have found some ways, but looking for other ideas. It's going on 6 months and no chemicals in my hair. Hair is healthy and natural. I have found some products to straighten my hair to make it look like I have a perm.

I know in the old days we had to cut the chemical treated hair off first before do this but this is not the case anymore. Times have changed and the products have gotten better. So smile we can do it.
